RNIB Navigator: Accessible GPS App for iPhone
RNIB Navigator is a fully accessible turn-by-turn GPS app for iPhone, offering a range of outdoor navigation features tailored for blind users. It provides intuitive navigation tools and unique features not found in other apps, such as the ability to record routes using breadcrumbs called Waypoints. These routes can be saved for future use, enhancing user experience and convenience.
The app's user-friendly interface includes four main tabs at the bottom for easy access to Routes, Location, POIs, and Settings. Additionally, features like the Lookaround Wand, More Info button for altitude and speed details, and customizable settings for vibrations, vision contrast, and more make RNIB Navigator a comprehensive navigation solution for individuals with visual impairments.
